“ Tastees is a donut (and apparently burger & tacos) spot off Fair Oaks Ave in Pasadena. Upon walking in, you'll see that it appears to be an average donut shop. Well it's not!! They serve burgers, tacos and other breakfast items here. I was intrigued by "tacos" at a donut shop so I had to try it myself!! I got 2 asada tacos and 2 chocolate donuts. The asada tacos were pretty good and the salsa was legit!! The chocolate donut was (of course) delicious!! I've yet to try the other breakfast items here. Definitely a good-to spot when you want donuts and tacos or a burger early in the morning!! ”

“ Best breakfast sausage burritos(cut in half) I get them with red salsa on the inside and salsa on the side (if your not a fan of spicy, get the salsa on the side... if you want to try it) Perfect combo of egg, cheese, sausage and hash brown. I have tried many breakfast burritos but these have always been by far my personal favorite not to mention their donuts have always been fresh. I always call in my order and then pick it up, fast service (cash only) can y'all change that lol. The place is small so we always take it to go. But the ambiance is always very welcoming. The lines can get pretty long, soo I recommend calling in your order. (They are soo busy,sometimes you have to call a couple of times) however Highly recommended !! ”

“ Been going here for years!!! Always fresh. My faves are the ham & cheese croissants with and without jalapeños, cinnamon roll, apple fritter and donut holes. Hubby goes for the plain & mom coconut or glazed donuts. Although they are all delicious. This is my go to!!! ”

“ Great donuts, great dough, they put a lot of topping, and large variety donuts. And the donuts are huge!! The dough does not get stale. donuts still good 2 to 3 days later, which is rare in a lot of donuts. We got 6 for 10 bucks, which can sound like a lot, but they are big donuts, you could share one with two people. The service is outstanding, super nice. The place is cool like a mom-and-pop family-owned business vibe. Definitely gonna go back to try other breakfast and burger items. Dragon Egg approved. ”

“ Top tier local donut shop! Had seen the great reviews for this place but had avoided it because im not the biggest fan of big crowds. Glad that I finally decided to stop by. Coworker and I stopped by before work at around 7am, by that time it was already packed with a line out the door! The vibes are definitely local favorite mom and pop type place. You can tell people come here everyday and have been doing so for years; the interaction between employees and guests is great here it's like everybody knows each other. Staff is very very efficient for how busy they are and they are also very kind! Unfortunately they don't take tips because I know their jar would be overflowing! We ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and donuts. The bacon breakfast burrito is only $9 which is a freakin steal in today's economy, especially because they pack it!!! I came back the next day for the same thing ngl.... As for the donuts, they were the perfect fluffy, pillowy, moist texture with the perfect amount of sweetness! Highly recommend, I came back the literal next day and will be back many more times! ”

“ This place was packed! The donuts were delicious. Our favorite donut is the Apple fritter. Definitely one of the best Apple fritters we've tasted. Other donuts were good too. They have a variety of food. We will be back to try the hamburger. ”
